Rich Homie Quan has proven his ability to craft hit songs, and recently the ATLien spoke with VladTV about a career milestone, working alongside Mariah Carey.

Giving respect where it's due, the Rich Homie credits the business and musical acumen of Jermaine Dupri for helping to arrange the "Thirsty" collaboration with the iconic singer. Staying true to his word that he never writes his lyrics, Quan quips, "You know, I don't write nothing down, so I freestyled the whole song."

Speaking more on the milestone achievement, RHC adds, "For me, when I first heard it [I knew] it was an instant hit." The humble rapper then adds, "That was a great accomplishment to work with Mariah Carey...I could do nothing but thank God."
