Dashcam footage from a police vehicle in Moore, Oklahoma shows a cop being dragged nearly half a block by a suspect who attempted to take off once the officer alerted him of his felony warrant.
Around 1:45 a.m. last Monday, Joseph Brand was pulled over for rolling through a stop sign. After a few routine questions, the officer tells Brand that he'll have to step out of his vehicle because of a felony warrant that was issued. After Brand plead with the officer to let him go, the cop refused to budge, eventually opening the car door himself. He was then dragged off by the suspect for nearly 200 feet.
