The Brooklyn-raised emcee explained that there is a process to planning out a song, and says that he maps out everything in the studio on paper. Staying on the same topic, Safaree spoke about working on hits like "Anaconda" and "Starships" with former girlfriend Nicki Minaj in the studio.

To hear more from Safaree, including his reaction to Drake and Lil Wayne's risque lines aimed at Nicki in "Only," hit the above slide.
