The Bronx emcee said that Talib publicly voicing his decision not to vote and not encouraging the youth to vote is contributing to a problem in the black community. Mickey adds that a lot of people in the community feel that their vote doesn't count, and believes that views like Talib's are contributing to a misconception that he doesn't agree with.
