George Tandy Jr. sat down for an interview with VladTV and shared his thoughts on the current state of R&B, and admits that he's drawn to a softer side at this point in his career. The Virginia-born singer says that while he enjoys listening to some of the more ratchet R&B today, that's not the type of music he's trying to make. 

During the conversation George also spoke about his latest album "The Foundation," and how he classifies his music as being "soul-ternative." Speaking further on the term, he explains that he likes to tap into a more classic side of R&B, but with a modern twist.
