This VladTV exclusive with Power 105's Charlamagne tha God elicits unadulterated candor from the radio personality as he speaks openly about his thoughts on Rich Homie Quan leaving Rich Gang.

The exchange begins with tha God puzzling over what, exactly, is Rich Gang. He goes on, "Is Rich Gang a label? Is Rich Gang a Rap group? Is Rich Gang an actual gang?" A quizzical shrug of his shoulders begins the next statement, "I don't even know what Rich Gang is. What is Rich Gang to leave?"

Speaking further on the topic, Charlamagne adds, "If I was Rich Homie Quan I would never of been doing business with Birdman to begin with." A Southern native, Charlamagne then gives props to Baby for helping establish Cash Money's enduring legacy. He seriously adds, "They've always been a big deal and I respect what they've done." However, he's clear that working with Baby is not in his future.

"There's no way in hell that I'd want to do any business dealings with Birdman," Charlamagne says. Lil Wayne's $51M lawsuit in conjunction with Birdman's previous bad business dealings with Juvenile, BG, Turk, and Mannie Fresh makes Charlamagne's stance more poignant.

The dialogue then delves into Charlamagne's belief that artists who have signed to Cash Money and gone on to enjoy success would have done so regardless without Birdman's help.

The radio host wraps up by speaking on Rich Gang member Young Thug, with Charlamange saying that while he's talented, right now he's "underachieving."
