What was intended to be a fun night out turned into a one-sided squabble in Fort Lauderdale, FL., over the weekend, as Lil Wayne's security decked a concertgoer for mocking Weezy from the crowd.
Wayne was set to perform select cuts from his latest mixtape, Sorry 4 The Wait 2, but didn't arrive at the venue until 3:30 in the morning, which obviously had more than a few of his fans agitated. One fan who originally let "Shut the f*** up and put on Weezy" scroll on his phone changed it to just "F*ck Weezy" when Wayne hit the stage, catching Wayne's eye. According to Hip Hop Wired, Others reportedly saw the same guy throw a beer towards the stage. The New Orleans rapper then pointed out the culprit to his security, who promptly found the disgruntled fan in the crowd and proceeded to lay him out cold.
