Last Wednesday, Big Sean sat down with AOL Build to discuss his bonus track, "Deep" which features Lil Wayne. The effort comes from his best-selling and critically-hailed project, 'Dark Sky Paradise.'

The Detroit MC expressed that he is both flattered and humbled to receive praise from Lil Wayne on "Deep." The G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam signee stated, "I'm not signed to Lil Wayne so, for another artist like that to big up, you know, another rapper I really appreciate him putting his ego aside."

Big Sean then recalls a personal conversation between himself and Weezy F. Baby where Tunechi said, 'Yo, I really meant that I'm just really impressed by you and who you are as a person-- your rap, your ability." Sean claims that Wayne then said,"Yo, I called it a long time ago that you were going to be one of the greats."

Big Sean then lauds the sincerity of Lil Wayne's comment, "That was just cool to hear that from him because I don't make any money with Lil Wayne aside from the features that we're on."

The "Blessings" lyricist then goes on to commend Weezy's voracious work ethic and how his presence has impacted Hip-Hop. "You got to respect Wayne for what he's done. You can't talk about Rap music and not mention Lil Wayne. He changed the game."
