Philadelphia Police are on the hunt for a man who killed a man execution-style last month.

According to ABC Action News, the homicide took place in early February when the shooter entered the Coin Laundromat in the Kingsessing area of the city and shot and killed 25-year-old Eric Norman.

Officials believe the shooting wasn't random since the subject entered the laundromat and shot Norman in the head with little hesitation. Police are unaware if Norman knew the shooter, but they claim the victim was a frequent buyer of lottery tickets at the laundromat.

Police Captain James Clark added the suspect might have worn his current or old work uniform during the shooting. The killer is seen in the surveillance video wearing a Philadelphia Water Department jacket and hat.

"We are working with the Philadelphia Water Department, their bosses, in hopes of trying to identify this person." he said. "Whether he is an active employee or he's an ex-employee, or he's somebody who was just wearing a Philadelphia Water Department jacket."

Norman was a stay at home father of one who was known around the community as a good person.
