Fans of Love & Hip Hop have been speculating for ages now on whether Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J are actually married as they claim, or just pretending to be as a publicity stunt. While they say they got married at a Georgia courthouse in a spur-of-the-moment shotgun wedding, neither Stevie nor Joseline have ever produced a marriage certificate to back up the claim, and a new segment from Joseline's recent court deposition definitely doesn't support the marriage story.
Joseline, who is being sued by Althea Eaton who claims Joseline assaulted her during the reunion show, was asked about her marriage to Stevie J during the deposition.
"Were you issued a marriage license?" a lawyer asked Joseline. After responding in the affirmative, the lawyer then asked Hernandez if she was issued a marriage license, to which she also said yes. After then revealing she was married at a courthouse, the lawyer asked her which one. The reality star, however, claimed she didn't recall.
