WestwoodOne's Zach Sang & The Gang recently sat down with Iggy Azalea and chopped it up about her desire to change the game of Hip-Hop, attempting to make it more diverse, and dealing with constant criticism from those who won't admit that she's actually a good rapper.
When it comes to Hip Hop culture, Iggy has been met with massive criticism, but says she believes people simply aren't used to a woman like her succeeding within the genre. She also wishes Hip Hop had a broader definition that could allow its various forms to prosper. The "Fancy" rapper also says that much of the slander she receives comes from people who simply don't want to come to terms with the fact that she can spit.
