50 Cent recently sat down with People about his upcoming underwear line with Frigo, and when the host asked about possible spokespeople to represent his brand, the Queens rapper said he'd pick Kanye. Fif followed up by saying that the "Yeezus" rapper "would rant and make sure everybody was thinking about it." The rapper then proceeded to impersonate Kanye's post-Grammy rant about Beyonce deserving to win the award for "Album of the Year."

"No, you are supposed to respect artistry!," 50 said before cracking his signature wide smile. The "Candy Shop" emcee also said that he's not sure that people even care about the Grammys anymore, and revealed why he chooses not to attend.

"I'm not sure that people care about those establishments anymore. I mean now I think to say it, to go and not actually win — my reasoning for being excited about being at an award show is my peers being there to acknowledge the work and if it means that we get to choose ourselves who deserves the awards then why would I show up for them to tell me?"

He added, "I felt that I deserved the Best New Artist for my first album, it's the largest debut in rap with 13 million records sold and when's the last time you ever saw Evanescence? Crickets, crickets. It's just the way it is."

When it comes to the great debate of whether Beck should have won the "Album of the Year" award over Beyonce, 50 Cent pointed out the level of artistry that Beck put forth on his album, and believes it surpassed the "Single Ladies" singer.

"He produced the record, wrote the record, there's eleven producers on Beyoncé's album. Kanye being a producer and a writer we should see that. We get jaded."
