Fox News' Stacey Dash put her foot in her mouth once again after making some highly controversial comments about college women being raped at frat parties.

Stacey made an appearance on "Outnumbered," where she engaged in a conversation about the occurrence of rape on college campuses.  The discussion was specifically addressing Dartmouth College's recent ban on hard liquor being allowed on campus, and the University of Virginia's sororities ordering their sisters to stay home and/or away from frat parties to avoid possible sexual assault.  Stacey made some rather eyebrow-raising comments about how "bad women" go to these social gatherings with hopes of being "naughty," then get too drunk in the process and put themselves in suspect situations leading to rapes occurring.

"Guns don't kill people, people kill people," Stacey said.  "Alcohol doesn't get you drunk, you get yourself drunk."

Due to all of the heavy backlash she has received, Stacey has since backtracked and addressed the situation on Facebook.  She explained that she was trying to make a joke about "good girls" and "naughty girls," which came out wrong or was perceived in the wrong way by the public.  She also referred to her own experiences of suffering through sexual abuse, and stated that she would never condone men raping women under any circumstance.
