KRS-One opens up about the evolution of Hip-Hop, and shares how influential Afrika Bambaataa was to the rappers of his generation during a recent sit-down with Jonathan Casana. He explains that Bambaataa used to have meetings with the rappers about bettering the culture. 

Speaking more about the evolution of the culture, KRS-One says that rappers make more money in Europe because their government respects artists more than in the States. The South Bronx emcee also points out another advantage that Europe has over the U.S., and says that rap greats like Bambaataa are still able to make a living and get paid well.
