Neef Buck opened up to VladTV about the tension between Jay Z and Dipset during the Roc-A-Fella heyday, and the rapper reveals that Cam'ron scratched Jay's "Oh Boy" remix. The Philly emcee further explains that it took a lot for Harlem and Brooklyn rappers to get along, and adds that "different boroughs don't see eye to eye."
Funkmaster Flex's beef with Jay Z also came up during the interview, and Neef says that he was with Jay's nephew during the time the story broke, and the rapper says they found the situation comedic. Neef adds that no one could ever catch up with Jay in a beef situation, because "he's on another boat."
