R&B singer RL Huggar spoke briefly on current R&B sensation Chris Brown, saying he feels Brown is the most talented star of his generation, but that he's still quite young and doesn't seem to know how to handle himself at times and may not be mature enough to filter out the BS criticism he receives, responding to certain nonsense that will only hurt him in the end. RL also feels Brown needs a friend who isn't afraid to lose a job or some money who can tell Brown when to fall back.

RL also spoke on Brown's street affiliations, saying there's nothing wrong with being cool with certain gang members, as they're not all bad, but that he doesn't understand young people's desire to stay in/go to the hood for "street cred" when the whole point of working so hard is to give you and your family a better life.
