Dade County artist Ball Reckless has made his debut with the rowdy single, "Certified." The Miami rapper recently released the visuals to the single and does not disappoint. The video focuses on Reckless going to war after one of his partners lands in the ER. Reckless is signed to Hardtymes Records with other acts like Stackz, Frisk and Cool Breeze.
