Cali emcee Snow Tha Product touched on J. Cole's new album, Iggy Azalea, and Latinos in Hip-Hop during a recent talk with VladTV.
The 27-year-old rapper admits she hasn't heard Cole's latest project, 2014 Forest Hills Drive, or the hit single "Fire Squad" where Cole takes a shot at white rappers, but she's a big fan of the North Carolina emcee and respects his come up. Speaking on Iggy, Snow says she thinks the Australian femcee should win a Grammy, because she's a female rapper and a big win at the Grammys will help empower other female emcees.
Moving on, Snow delves into Mexicans in Hip Hop and why they aren't more represented in the mainstream, saying she feels it's partly because the Chicano rap scene holds itself back.
