If anyone knows something about being a hater, it's radio personality Star, as the media veteran proudly wears the title of the "self-professed hater" and recently hosted his annual Hate-A-Thon, a 5-6 hour show specializing in giving fans the raw and real when it comes to their favorite celebs and current events. The show provides upbeat sarcasm, condescending humor and is the very definition of freedom of speech, something Star holds dear and will continue to utilize no matter how controversial his views are.

This Hate-A-Thon features actor and director Michael Rapaport of Higher Learning, Men of Honor and several other films checking in. Rapaport also has a rich Hip-Hop history and is a trusted historian within the culture, directing the 2011 documentary "Beats Rhymes & Life: The Travels of a Tribe Called Quest." Rapaport repeatedly shares his admiration of Star with listeners while revealing that Star influenced much of East Coast radio's style, a claim Star agrees with wholeheartedly.
