Reality TV star Toya Wright sat down for an interview with VladTV where she explained why she chose to pursue a show with good friend Tiny on BET, saying she was approached by an executive for the network and agreed only if the show would focus on their families and not solely on Lil Wayne and T.I. They also made sure to have producer credits which allowed them to see the final cut before the show aired.
Wright also feels reality TV didn't put a strain on her marriage, as she and Memphitz were only dating at the time and have chosen to keep their relationship private aside from a few Instagram posts here and there.
