On Monday, 23-year-old police officer Nathaniel Robinson pulled over 76-year-old Pete Vasquez to inspect his tags, when Vasquez told the Victoria, Texas, officer that he had dealer tags, which should've exempted him from questioning. Instead, the cop put the senior citizen in an armlock and slammed him against the hood of his car, which was all captured via dashboard cam. Vasquez proceeded to fall to the ground, when the officer took out his tazer and shot him twice.

Vasquez suffered minor injuries and was visited by the city's chief of police who apologized for the actions of the officer. Robinson is currently under investigation.
