VladTV journalist Michael Hughes spoke with World Series Of Fighting contender Jon Fitch about his upcoming December 13th fight vs. WSOF Champion Rousimar Palhares.

Fitch, who was a former Top 10 UFC fighter, has been training extremely hard for this fight, as it is his first title shot since he fought George Saint Pierre back in 2008, despite going on a 5-fight win streak since then.  Fitch discussed his opponent's strengths and weaknesses, and explained what exactly sets him apart from all of the other competition that Palhares has faced in the past.

Jon describes himself as a "grinder," who puts relentless pressure on his opponents and makes them work for the entire time that they are in the octagon with him.  He hopes to make this fight vs. Palhares as uncomfortable for him as possible, and predicted the fight to be nothing short of "carnage."

Be sure to tune in on Saturday, December 13th on the NBC Sports Network to see who will be victorious.
