People from all over the country are speaking out and marching for Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Tamir Rice and many others who have lost their lives due to police brutality. Iggy Azalea was caught in the crossfire of it all when several students from USC decided to protest during her concert Thursday evening.

According to Madame Noire, a group of students decided to use the rapper's platform for themselves to discuss the issues with the police and the racial inequalities people of color have faced at the hands of the police. The group posted to Facebook why they decided to protest during Iggy's show.

"There may be cameras on them but that has not stopped them from innocently walking away from their crimes," the invite reads. "The cameras should be on US so WE can have our voices heard. Iggy Azalea will performing in Bovard at 8pm. Like her or not, she has garnered attention and fame for appropriating Black culture. This is our opportunity to take her platform and help bring attention to much more important issues."

Over 30 people showed up to the protest where they staged a die-in in front of the theater. No one was arrested in the protest, but the rapper did comment on the student's die-in and tweeted ways people can help the Mike Brown family.

Some of her fans called out the protesters claiming that they took part in the die-in just to troll the rapper.

Check out the die-in and Iggy's thoughts about the matter above.
