VladTV hit up YG's "Blame it On The Streets" screening in Los Angeles and briefly chopped it up with the man himself on the red carpet. The "Do it To Ya" rapper shared that he wanted to drop the film alongside his album, "My Krazy Life," (as the movie is based on 2 tracks from the album) but couldn't get it finished on time. Still, he's happy it's finally hitting the streets and is proud to say he acted in, wrote, and co-directed the film himself.

When it comes to lessons learned in the streets, YG says he had no choice but to hustle growing up, and that he applies that same attitude to the industry, which is why he's adamant about being consistent with his various releases.
