After a week of exchanges between Spanky Hayes and Tyese, the comedian is retracting the statement he made about the actor exchanging sexual favors for his role in Baby Boy.

In an interview with Detroit's Immradio, the Wild 'N Out comedian explained that the viral video was over eight months old. He also says that he was cracking jokes about African Americans in Hollywood and after a few drinks, the comedian decided to make up a story about the actor.

"That was a long time ago," he said. "We had a couple drinks and we're smoking and drinking and I said,"Let's make up some s***." F*** these n*** they don't do anything for us. So we're seeing who can tell the best lies."

While he admits that he lied, he continues to throw slander at Ty.

"He's a gay dude," he said. "He doesn't do nothing for nobody in Hollywood. I'm not mad at him but I did say he s*** a d*** to get Baby Boy, I don't see him getting it any other way. Yeah, I said it. It was a joke from the beginning but this has to be in my credit that he sure did look like a f*** in that video. I rattled him, I shaked him."

Spanky plans to release a few more diss videos aimed towards the "Fast and Furious" star and says that he plans to use a more aggressive approach to comedy since the incident came to light.
