Lord Jamar sat down with VladTV once more to share his opinion on Tyga and Blac Chyna's split, and Tyga potentially dating 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, saying he knows the two of them are already smashing, but Tyga needs to keep it low since she's underage, at least in California. The age of consent in Cali is 18 while in New York, 17 is the legal age, so Jamar advises Tyga to fly to NYC if he wants to be out and proud with Jenner.
