OVO Sound boss Drake has signed a new artist out of Atlanta named iLoveMakonnen, who a pretty nice buzz due to his infectious single "Tuesday".
Makonnen has been making the rounds with his hit and, ironically, Tuesday evening made his way to NYC's SOB's venue in Manhattan.
Rae Sremmurd, Audio Push, Mike Will Made It and more were in the house to celebrate with the OVO signee when things took a dangerous turn.
While performing his record, a fan would approach the stage and reach-out his hand for a dap. When the fan got a hold of Makonnen he violently pulls him to the ground landing a few pummeling blows before being fended off by the other performers on stage.
Makonnen brushed the attack off and continued the performance and no new information has come to light about the attacker or their motivations.
Fans sure are getting bold these days.
