The BET Hip Hop Awards was on fire this year, as loads of lyrical talent was showcased during the many cyphers.  Fans are often really critical of the cyphers, and usually credit one group for having a standout performance; however, this year it looks like the general consensus from viewers was that the cyphers were much stronger this year than in the past.  While Snow Tha Product has been shown a great amount of respect for her lyrical display, one more act in particular could not be overlooked -- Murda Mook.

Mook spit some mean bars that had members of the crowd jumping out of their seats, in Snoop Dogg's cypher in association with his Gladiator School Battle League.  Fellow battlers Arsonal, Couture, and Calicoe all got busy with their verses as well, but there is no denying that Mook stole the show, and arguably put forth the best verse of the night from all of the cyphers.  He became so deeply focused in the moment, that he even rapped a capella after the beat had cut off because he went over the scheduled time limit.

Mook, and the rest of the members of Snoop Dogg's cypher, definitely showed the world what kind of hard-hitting lyricism can be expected from Battle Rappers. Since Mook concluded his incredible cypher performance, fans have eagerly jumped on Twitter to share their thoughts on how he rocked the mic. He's been receiving nothing but love from everyone who witnessed him.

Check out the many fan reactions above.
