Veronica Macedo shook up the entire venue at The Octagon Centre in Sheffield, UK, when she delivered a monstrous head-kick knockout on her opponent, Chrissy Audin. The KO occurred in the first round, after Macedo and Audin squared off and exchanged only a few blows in the center of the octagon. Macedo seemed to get into her rhythm much quicker and easier than Audin, who was a bit stiff from the start. She set the kick up beautifully by tossing out a swift body roundhouse kick first, then coming over the top with the finish.
Audin was out cold and fell hard against the canvas to the crowd's approval.
