Uncle LL was on Jimmy Kimmel Live recently to promote NCIS: LA and discuss his new music. Things took an awkward twist during the interview with the Queens rapper.

While recounting his early days in the music industry -- back when (gasp!) rap wasn't the most prevalent musical genre in pop culture -- LL took his show on the road and ended up in the Dirty South.

While in Georgia performing his hit "I Need Love", LL apparently took things too far by humping a couch on stage leading to the show being shut down and Todd Smith being arrested by local police.

As he so eloquently put it, "They didn't need a black man humping a couch in Georgia."

Things get even funnier as Cool J and Kimmel go back and forth about what would happen if Miley Cyrus were to pull the same stunt and how the couch must have felt about the situation.

Check out the duo's hilarious banter above.
