16-year-old Kahreem Tribble was the latest victim of police brutality in NYC, after cops beat him and pistol-whipped him after he had already surrendered.

The officers in question suspected him of attempting to sell marijuana to an individual inside of a car, which prompted Tribble to run from them.  Once they caught up to him, Officer Tyrane Isaac approached him and punched him in his face.  Tribble backed up against the wall with his hands up surrendering to them, at which point Officer David Afanador walked up to him and pistol-whipped him, cracking one of his teeth and chipping another.  Both officers continued to punch and slap Tribble around after he was already on the ground and even after he was in handcuffs.

While Tribble did have 17 small bags of marijuana in his possession, both officers from the 79th Precinct are under criminal investigation for the incident by the NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau.
