Memphis, TN native Gangsta Boo sat down with VladTV where she shared her thoughts on fellow MC Rah Digga's opinion that pop superstar Iggy Azalea bit her style, saying that while she hasn't listened to much of Iggy's music, the little bit she has heard sounds a bit like her own cadence when she spits. She feels it would be naive of her to think that after so many years in the game, she hasn't influenced younger rappers.
The Three 6 Mafia protege also says she's friends with Rah Digga, and spoke to her the day she made those statements. In the end, she feels Iggy is likely just very much influenced by American rap, and if she were to keep her Australian accent while rapping, she may not have blown up in the states.
