Celebrity prankster Vitalii Sediuk has found his next victim.
According to Miss Info, Sediuk managed to sneak past security at the Valentino fashion show in Paris to prank Ciara as she walked down the carpet for the event.
Ciara greeted photographers and was approached by the prankster who dropped his coat to reveal his thong, a blouse, and a message spray painted on his leg.
Sediuk made headlines last week for trying to hug Kim Kardashian as she headed into a PFW event with Kris Jenner and husband Kanye West.
Police have decided not to charge Sediuk with any crime. In the meantime, an insider from Ciara's said the singer is doing just fine after the prank.
"She was a little thrown off when he came charging at her," the source says. "It all happened so fast. She thought he was so creepy in that thong."
