R&B singer/ songwriter Eric Bellinger sat down with VladTV and shared his opinion on the resurgence of California based Hip-Hop and R&B artists, saying he feels that every city has their time, similar to Atlanta, New York and Chicago all having their time to "run" Hip-Hop.

He also feels that there are simply a lot of hungry artists from Los Angeles, as there was a drought of popular LA based rappers and singers for a while, and while definitive acts like Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre and even Game have been on, the younger generation has been waiting for their turn, and now they're going all in.

The "I Don't Want Her" singer also spoke of frequent collaborator Chris Brown, agreeing with Jermaine Dupri's assessment that Brown has the potential to be a bigger icon than 2Pac.
