Kanye made a surprise appearance at Common's AAHH! Fest in Chicago on Sunday night, September 21st, and was met with loads of roaring cheers from the crowd.  During his set, a man in a wheelchair wearing a jersey with "54" on it (the jersey of former Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher) was seen crowd surfing for a lengthy period of time.  One fan in attendance captured a picture from the memorable moment when the disabled man was given the opportunity to experience what crowd surfing felt like thanks to the kind fans around him.

This news wouldn't be nearly as impactful had previous stories not surfaced claiming that Kanye was very mean to any and all disabled concert attendees at his Australia show.  There clearly weren't any issues that occurred here, in Kanye's hometown of Chicago.

Check out the awesome crowd surfing picture above.
