In this clip from his exclusive interview with VladTV Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes, Hitman Holla reflected on one of the most classic matches in the sport of Battle Rap between him and fellow St. Louis veteran, Aye Verb.

Hitman considers this battle to be his "toughest battle thus far," considering the fact that their was so much hometown pride riding behind this clash.  He acknowledged that Verb had solidified his spot in St. Louis before him, but Holla prides himself for his unwavering work ethic and credits it for bringing him to the current state of fame and fortune that he has been enjoying for years.  That battle is partially so classic due to the way it ended, with Verb calling out to Hitman's father Big Gerald, and Gerald responding by yelling back "yes sir!" and Verb finishing with the famous line "that's how you talk to your son!"

Holla confirmed that the man who replied to Verb was actually his father, who at the time wasn't aware that the best thing to do in these types of Battle Rap situations is to stay silent.  Hitman explained that his dad yelled back as if to say, "yea, I'm still here and I'm not backing down," because apparently Gerald had been taunting Verb throughout the battle.

Holla concluded by discussing the possibility of his brother, Show Out, stepping into a battle in the future.  Even though Show Out is focused on basketball at the moment, Holla stated that he really can battle and may actually step into the ring in the future, possibly against T-Rex.
