Lord Jamar sat down with VladTV and shared his thoughts on Harlem's own Mase switching back and forth between rapping and preaching, with him recently giving up on "his flock" to pursue rap full time again.

Jamar feels the move is corny, as it appears Mase is simply doing whatever will get him the most cash and attention at any given moment.

"You just go where the wind blows, like you just down for whatever, wherever you think the paper's at, that's where you at."

When the example of Kurtis Blow is brought up, with him also turning towards God later in his career, Lord Jamar says it isn't the same thing, as Blow still raps but they're more Christian-based lyrics now. Mase is attempting to become a secular artist again which is contradictory to what he said he stood for at one point.
