Coolio opens up to VladTV about his 2009 arrest at LAX after a crack pipe was found in his carry on bag. The famed rapper explains that he grabbed a bag under his sink without thinking, and it just so happened to be holding a crack pipe, which he claims belongs to his cousin.
The "Gangsta's Paradise" rapper continues on with his story, explaining that he asked if he could clear his name by getting the pipe tested for DNA, but it was already too late. After the incident, Coolio went into a downward spiral and started using drugs again.
Vlad then asks about his son's robbery arrest, which came after his son reportedly defended his "ratchet" girlfriend who claimed she was raped by a group of men. Before later learning that the girlfriend's story was untrue, Coolio's son went and locked them in a bathroom after gaining entry to their hotel room with a pellet gun. The Compton rapper says he's grateful his son only got three years out of the incident.
The conversation comes to a close with Coolio speaking about his trademark braids, which he admits are diminishing, and will continue to do so until he no longer has hair. Despite some people telling him to shave his head, the rapper says it's a look that he's known for so he can't get rid of them.
