40 Cal and Young A$e spoke with VladTV Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes about the evolution of Battle Rap and the extremely close proximity that is allowed between battlers during their matches.  Young A$e believes that the lyrical combatants are allowed to stand way too close to each other these days, and that he would have issues maintaining his composure under these circumstances if he were to battle today.  He began detailing his past experiences competing on Fight Klub, and how he once lost a close match to K-Shine, right before he got down with Dot Mobb.

40 explained how he had gotten into a very heated verbal altercation prior to the battle which nearly turned into a legitimate physical confrontation, which he believes threw off Young A$e in the battle.  A$e chimed in by revealing that he was in fact beefing with T-Rex and Dot Mobb at the time, but the altercation never went further than words.  He clarified that they have no beef now and he wishes Rex and his crew the best.
