Kid Cudi gave his fans a serious scare during the North Coast Music Festival Saturday night in Chicago when he fainted after signing an autograph for a fan.
In the video above, Cudi jumps from the stage and closer to the crowd pit. As he stops to sign an album cover for a fan, he faints, but is caught quickly by his security team.
Cudi later assured fans that he was okay and simply didn't have enough food in his system. He tweeted, "Mad love to the security who were there and helped me out tonight. Really awesome dudes! Thanx for nursing me back to health ha ... Ill do a better and make sure to eat properly on show days :) scouts honor! ... If I scared anyone tonight I am so so sorry from the bottom of my heart."
