M.O.P.'s Billy Danze addresses violence in battle rap and the hip hop culture as a whole during an exclusive interview with VladTV, and says that he's tired of seeing it play out, despite feeling like his group M.O.P. didn't help the situation. He adds that the artists of today will be regretful of their decisions if they get involved with violence, and he feels it brings the entire culture down.

The New York rapper then speaks on two of the most significant acts of violence to have occurred in the culture, referring to the deaths of 2Pac and Biggie. Billy says that there have been other violent deaths in the game, but Biggie and Pac's were different, because of their caliber and the fact that the murders allegedly stemmed from beef between them.

The M.O.P. emcee wraps things up by detailing how he believes folks in a rapper's entourage can be the bigger liability, as they often feel like they have something to prove, so they go out and do something stupid like shoot someone.
