DennisCeeTV was back in Coney Island recently pranking loads of unsuspecting people on the boardwalk. His latest prank had him and his associate approach various people to ask them if they are following him, but what he really meant was whether they are following him on Instagram. Most people were quick to get angry, and when Dennis approached a little person wearing a cowboy hat, he wound up getting slapped across his face -- hard.
