George Tandy Jr. recounts his experience of getting discovered while working at a Starbucks by RedStar Entertainment CEO Cima Georgevich. The talented artist says that Georgevich came in every day to his work, and finally he slipped him a demo, which led to him getting signed to the label. He adds that it was a risk that paid off, and he's glad his job wasn't compromised.

When asked about his thoughts on rappers who sing on tracks, George says he's impressed with the way Drake executes it, and recalls that he initially thought the YMCMB star was a singer who rapped. He adds that at the end of the day it's all about how the artist is communicating with their art, and that's something that shouldn't be judged.
