The "Hip-Hop Weekly" owner explained that the two of them went into business with two other partners, not knowing that they also had business dealings with others who claimed to own the club, and seeing as their lease was up in September anyway, he and Stevie thought it best to give up their share of the former hot spot. Benzino adds that it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as he and Stevie J are no longer on good terms.

Zino shared that he initially invited Stevie J into his business dealings because the former Bad Boy producer didn't have much of a storyline on the show other than being Joseline's punching bag.
