In this clip, Loaded Lux spoke with VladTV Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes about why he refuses to glorify certain lifestyles in his raps which only help to produce negativity.  During his battle vs. Murda Mook, one angle that Mook used was to claim that Lux "boxed himself in" since he's talked down on various street activity; a tactic that led to negative outcomes in his past two battles.  In this interview with Hughes, Lux admitted that he will not "glorify" conduct that will only help to keep people ignorant of the more positive aspects of life.

Lux made it clear that he has and never will "knock hustling," and that he "came from the life," and went on to explain how his father was involved with street activity and that he has friends who are currently in prison serving life sentences.  He refuses to glorify negativity in order to get a quick check, because that goes against his beliefs and his mission to enlighten those who are willing to listen to him.  Regarding his recent rematch with Mook, Lux said that "we can lose a battle, it's a war to win."
