Dame Dash has never been the type to bite his tongue, and will always keep it 100 with fans and media. He did just that during VladTV's exclusive interview with the business mogul, who refused to delve into his past and instead chose to focus on his recent endeavors and how he believes the moves he's been making will affect pop culture over the next 100 years.

Dash discussed traveling the world, looking for like-minded individuals who respect the culture and have a sense of independence about them. He recorded his journey traveling to China, Thailand, Jamaica and more, and found artists with a similar desire to progress pop/Hip-Hop culture. The end product is Dash's television network, The Poppington Group (PGTV), available online.

When asked about the difference between the entrepreneur mentality and the employee mentality, Dame says it's simply not having a boss, but also requires one to put up their own money for ideas that are not 100% guaranteed to work.

Dash also gets into his issue with Joie Manda, who is currently President of Urban Music at Interscope, a title Dame feels is racist and shouldn't be held by someone from outside of Hip-Hop culture. He also questions Combat Jack's interview with the record exec, saying he took it too easy on Manda and only asked questions Manda wanted him to ask.

Hear the man himself break it all down above.
