Following his rematch vs. Murda Mook on the first ever Total Slaughter battle event, Loaded Lux sat down for an exclusive interview with VladTV Battle Rap Journalist to discuss the battle.

Lux explained that he had victory in mind leading up to the battle, but admitted that his approach was a bit too respectful for a battle of this magnitude.  Since he and Mook have so much personal history, Lux intended to "keep it on the stove" and simply battle Mook to see who was the better lyricist without dishing out the skeletons in their closets. This obviously wasn't the case for Mook as he spoke on a number of more personal topics in their battle.

Lux has admitted that he lost, and doesn't want to take away from Mook's stellar performance; however, he also feels as though his respectful approach to the battle partially contributed to how lopsided the battle became in front of the live audience.  Lux stated repeatedly that "we won't be so kind next time," implying that he is willing to battle Mook for a third time and that if they meet again, he won't pull any punches.
