Kreayshawn recently uploaded a video explaining how she thought she was on to big things with her music after Diplo posted one of her videos on his Mad Decent site back in 2008. The California native then reveals that she didn't think it was anything out of the ordinary when she started getting emails from "Diplo," but just found out in 2014 that she was being catfished the entire time.
The person in the email account would send her nudes, and Kreayshawn recently tweeted Diplo and asked, "Remember when you sent me a d*ck pic?" She knew that the emails she had been receiving all those years were fake when he responded back, telling her that the photos weren't of him, and a missing tattoo in the emailed photos proved it.
While the catfishing incident is embarrassing, Kreayshawn explained how the emails pushed her to go harder, saying, "These emails really inspired me." The California native added that while she thought it was really Diplo messaging her, she felt the need to believe in herself more.
