VladTV Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes caught up with New Jersey battler O-Red following the Total Slaughter event, and got him to share his thoughts on the battles that went down.

Overall, O-Red believes that the event was very successful, and the thing that he was most impressed with was how organized it was and how quickly the event concluded.  It has unfortunately become customary for Battle Rap events to start hours later than scheduled, but Total Slaughter actually concluded about five or ten minutes before its projected end time.

Red then broke down each of the battles and shared his thoughts on the various performances the competitors put forth for the fans.  He thought that Big T did way better than he has been lately, but Arsonal was simply on another level.  Red didn't like Daylyt's decision to strip on stage at all, but wasn't surprised by his decision to take off his clothes.  He praised Mook for taking away "Lux's power" after the first round, but also feels that Lux was slept on.  Red also stated that he thinks Hollow should've done a better job properly representing the culture and sport of Battle Rap against Joe Budden.
