Brand Nubian members Sadat X and Lord Jamar sat down with VladTV and shared their opinion on football player Michael Sam coming out as gay, saying it was more of a chess move to stay relevant as a player, otherwise there's no reason for him to say anything at all.
Sadat X also spoke on having to explain to his nephew why two men were kissing on TV, saying he told him that certain people choose to live their lives that way, but that their family doesn't associate with that type of lifestyle. Lord Jamar chimed in saying that today's society would rather you tell children that there are all kinds of families as opposed to sharing your true beliefs, and that a "bully culture" of homosexuals is attempting to enforce their beliefs on others.
